EIMA 2018, Iternational Exibithion of Agriculture and Gardening Machinery, is one of the most famous agriculture exhibitionS in the agricultural world, and also the biggest one, with 375.000 mq circa. EIMA is powered by FederUnacoma (Federazione Nazionale Costruttori Macchine per l’Agricoltura) and BolognaFiere. This year EIMA is dedicate to 4.0 Agriculture, the big protagonist of latest years. That’s why a brand new focus area, Eima Digital, has been built up, showing the latest innovation.

SISTEC Srl: “La massima digitalizzazione nel controllo di gestione.”
DESCRIZIONE:
Il presente progetto è volto all’implementazione di soluzioni tecnologiche innovative finalizzate all’aumento del grado di digitalizzazione aziendale e all’efficientamento del sistema gestionale e del ciclo produttivo interno. In particolare, si intende investire su sistemi di gestione aziendale più innovativi, strumenti di business analytics nonché sulla sicurezza informatica interna.
OBIETTIVO:
Sistec intende portare avanti un percorso strategico di crescita e potenziamento aziendale, sia in termini di sviluppo internazionale sia di avanzamento tecnologico dell’offerta. Nello specifico Sistec, grazie a questo progetto, vuole raggiungere i seguenti obiettivi:

Sistec grazie al presente progetto potrà realizzare una personalizzazione tale da consentire al gestionale di estrapolare e elaborare dei dati fondamentali per la business analysis. Lo scopo è quello di ottimizzare il monitoraggio della marginalità attraverso innovativi strumenti informatici di controllo di gestione delle singole commesse.

SISTEC will be present at EuroBLECH 2018, the 25th International Sheet Metal Working Technology Exhibition, that will take place in Hannover, from 23 to 26 October.
Machine tending is defined as overseeing a machine while it performs a job, as well as the process of feeding parts in and out.
Lots of machine tending can be a dangerous work and could lead to health problems or injury for human workers.
Robotic machine tending systems can automate some of the most tedious, dull, and unsafe tasks in a production line, creating a more secure and efficient work environment. Robots keep workers safe and free up them for complex, rewarding and valuable task.
Robots can tend all kinds of machines, from presses, shears to laser and machine tools, and they can work with a range of parts and components.
Using industrial robots for these applications we can create flexible machine tending solutions, perfectly adapted to the production process of our customers, able to reduce time and costs and to increase efficiency, productivity, profitability and competitiveness in the long term.

TITOLO PROGETTO
Asservimenti automatici carico/scarico con SW intelligenti per macchine di lavorazione lamiera.
DESCRIZIONE
Sistec srl con il presente progetto intende sviluppare e progettare una gamma di sistemi di asservimento per le attività di carico/scarico automatizzate delle macchine operatrici per la lavorazione della lamiera. SISTEC, mettendo a disposizione il proprio know-how e collaborando con operatori qualificati, vuole realizzare un sistema flessibile e versatile dotato di diverse opzioni che soddisfano le specifiche richieste del cliente finale a prescindere dalle caratteristiche standard delle macchine operatrici acquistate.
OBIETTIVO
Lo scopo del presente progetto è la realizzazione di una serie di soluzioni in grado di rispondere alle caratteristiche e alle esigenze delle varie aree di lavoro e, contemporaneamente, di integrare gli impianti delle marche leader del mercato mondiale. L’obiettivo più ambizioso del progetto è quello però di rendere un impianto speciale di automazione fatto a misura per il cliente di facile utilizzo, come la macchina di serie che si intende asservire.
RISULTATI
Sistec si propone quindi di realizzare uno o più sistemi di asservimento automatico per lo scarico/carico e pallettizzazione di macchine operatrici di taglio, punzonatura e pannellatura lamiera. Si tratta pertanto della realizzazione di un prodotto innovativo, composto da una molteplicità di soluzioni, di sviluppi e di realizzazioni.

The connection between SISTEC and The University of Undin is constantly increasing. This week, we were at the 4th IFToMM Symposium on Mechanism Design for Robotics” (http://meder2018.uniud.it), MEDER 2018, as a corporate sponsor.
The congress brought together researchers, industry professionals and students from a broad range of disciplines related to mechanisms and robotics to share the latest developments and discuss the directions for the future of mechanism and robotics research and attracted a large number of international experts of the sector coming from Italy, Europe and Extra European countries (particularly USA, China, Mexico and Brazil).
Meder 2018 has been for us an important forum of exchange and collaboration with the world of academia and research in the field of robotics. We want to express grateful thanks to the University of Udin and to the Professor Alessandro Gasparetto for this great opportunity.
SISTEC will participate at Meder 2018, the event organized by University of the Studies of Udine and by International Federation for the Promotion of Mechanism and Machine Science (IFToMM).
The 4th IFToMM Symposium on Mechanism Design for Robotics will be held next week in Udin, from Tuesday 11th to Thursday 13th, at DPIA (Polytechnical Department of Engineering and Architecture), in the Scientific and Technological Centre “Rizzi” (Feruglio Rooms – Via Delle Scienze 206).
You can find SISTEC in our stand (located near the Room “Gamma 3”) where we will be co-exhibiting, with our valued partner KUKA Robotics, the LBR iiwa sensitive lightweight robot, developed for a direct interaction with humans.
On Tuesday 11th, from 13:50 to 14:50, Mr. Alessandro Fruggi, Export Manager and Technical Sales Engineer of Sistec, will introduce our Company and the most interesting case studies. The presentation will take place in Room “Gamma 1”.

On Thursday evening, August 6, the buildings of SISTEC opened exceptionally for special visitors: the families of the employees and collaborators that spent great moments together.
A family party in which more than 40 people took part to see the places where their loved ones spend their working hours and to know each other’s families.
SISTEC’s doors have opened at 7 pm with the appetizer, followed by a good pizza and a delicious ice cream. The party is continued with the first tourney of ping pong organized in SISTEC and lots of activities and games that involved children and young people.
Taking good care of our employees and their families is a top priority for SISTEC.
The purpose of events like this is to recognise the good work of our co-workers, to consider their wellbeing and their needs and desires to find a balance between work and family life.
