We wish you … Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year!
We inform that our company will be closed for winter holidays from December 25th to January 29th.
One of Sistec’s founding values is to put the person and the quality of life at the centre of attention, operating with the maximum respect for people that work with us every day.
We believe in the value of our employees, who are primarily human beings, and their well-being within our company. For this reason, we have developed corporate welfare programs to support our employees and their families, with the final aim of contributing to their professional and personal satisfaction. It is one of our precise desires to ensure the best possible quality of life and work for all of them.
Also, this December, as tradition, we wanted to reward and give recognition to those who represent an important resource for our company.
Looking at reality with a sense of originality is the key to be innovative.
As a company we have always valued creativity and we are pleased to have been Sponsor of the exhibition “L’immagine (è) necessaria”, an exhibition of about 50 engravings signed by great names in art such as Jannis Kounellis, Emilio Vedova, Carla Accardi, Giuseppe Santomaso, Safet Zec, Luca Pignatelli and other famous contemporary artists who tell the story of the Art Printing House of Corrado and Gianluca Albicocco of Udine, one of the most important realities in the field of art graphics.
The exhibition was promoted by the Department of Culture of the City of Padua and curated by Nicola Galvan.
The project WE LOVE THE PLANET, promoted and shared this summer by BWB Conforma within CLICKWorld Summercamp of Jesolo, has taken shape and has caught our attention because we believe that environmental and social quality are factors of great relevance.
We are happy to introduce in our company some of the best environmental practices highlighted by young people who took part in the workshops, during the CLICKWorld Summercamp.
The space where people work is one of the places where they spend a lot of time: for this reason, it is important for us to create the best conditions for the comfort of our employees, both psychophysically and environmentally. So, we decided to use all the precious and natural qualities of plants to clean the indoor air from the presence of pollutants. The newest entry in Sistec’s company is the Potos (scindaps us) which, other than retaining humidity and embellishing the spaces with its heart-shaped leaves, also manages to reclaim the air.
Romina Bilardo, CEO of BWB Conforma and President of CLICKWorld, personally, gave us the first certificate of the project “WE LOVE LOVE THE PLANET“.
We would like to thank Romina for the support that she has given us.
The company has always been committed to promoting policies of continuous improvement, aimed at minimizing its environmental impact.
On Wednesday, 31th July, Sistec successfully achieved the Environmental Management System audit, maintaining the ISO 14001 Environmental Certification and obtaining the compliance of its Environmental Management System with the requirements of this regulation.
The third edition of the Sistec Walking Tour was held on Friday, July 26th, an initiative dedicated to our employees and their families. A unique opportunity to gather all Sistec team.
We met at Malga Pian Grant (1211 m), in Col Indens, to hike along the suggestive route that carry to Semenza Refuge and on the top of Mount Laste (2247 m).
The day ended with the usual dinner in Sistec: the perfect synthesis of Made in Italy, pizza, with the traditions and spirit of Brazil, picanha and churrasco.
These initiatives represent an opportunity to enhance the commitment and dedication of our employees and collaborators and to strengthen the relationships that tie us in an atmosphere of conviviality and serenity.
This morning students of the 5th year of the Professional Institute I.S.I.S. “Lino Zanussi” di Pordenone (Italy), mechanical and electronic classes, visited our headquarter.
Students, greeted by the head of R&D department Eng. Luca Da Re, visited our headquarter and establishments where they see two plants at advanced stage of installation, a robotized bending plant and a robotic plant for drilling and cutting of mudguards.
This event highlights our continuous commitment in the collaboration with the local Technical and Professional Institutes in order to approach young people to our business.
The new generations have always been a valuable resource for us; for this reason, we are glad to provide them all the occasions they could benefit to acquire and enhance their knowledge. In these years, we have worked in order to have tighter connection with The Universities and The Research Institutes and to strengthen the dialogue with them.
In such sense we are actively collaborating with the Polytechnic Department of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Udine, especially with Professor Stefano Miani.
In these days, a group of students of the Polytechnic University of Udin, have been welcomed in the company for carrying out an internship period, during which they will be able to put into practice all the theoretical notions they have learned at school; moreover, they will have the opportunity to experience our way to operate and to examine in depth multiple themes that are the subject of a joint research project, promoted and coordinated by Prof. Stefano Miani.
The aim of the project is to integrate a robot/system between a vision system and an anthropomorphic robot for identifying of bending tools. The system will also have to recognize the position of the tools within a store.
For these activities we made available our technicians and a dedicated area at our headquarter of Sacile, with machinery and equipment for tests and simulations, to guarantee high level and specific training to the students.
